Polysense is one of Ghent’s fastest growing start-ups supported by visionary investors Peter Hinssen and Alexander Dewulf. In the coming years, we want to further expand our presence across the industry and onboard even more leading manufacturing companies. The key to a smooth running company lies in excellent operations. As an office manager you will have a diverse set of responsibilities. Your job will entail the following tasks:

• You will be the welcoming face for new employees and interns. It’s your job to prepare their onboarding and make sure that their administration is fully handled.
• The monthly payroll and all other HR administrative tasks will become your responsibility making sure every employee receives their compensation right on time!
• Keeping people happy and engaged is key in the life of a start-up and that’s exactly where you will shine. By organising company events, workaways, after works and teambuildings everyone will love your initiatives.
• We have a beautiful office in the coolest campus in town. It’s your responsibility to keep it a fun, tidy and homey place where every employee loves to be.
• Not only will you keep our employees happy, our bookkeeper too! You will process purchase invoices as well as send sales invoices to our customers.
